Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem:

  1. What product/service is the request for?

  2. Please enter a brief one-line description of the request.

  3. If there is a particular problem you are reporting, please describe it clearly.

  4. Please provide us with the following information in case we need to contact you.

  5. Please remember to include you name, telephone number and email address.

Known Issues

The following is a list of some Known Issues with our products:

Currency settings

There are user reports of unforeseen database currency processing errors when users are manipulating the currency fields of databases. Please ensure that the regional setting on your computer is set to the same currency as that of the database supplied.

Field descriptor

We have standardised the field descriptors and the data dictionaries. Please ensure that you are using the latest version. There are no compatibility problems reported, however in some older databases there are duplicate fields descriptors and users are advised to adopt a single field descriptor and not use them exclusively. Switching field descriptors will may cause interpretation issues.

Data set compatibility

Because of user reports of data set compatibility issues when used for regressional analysis processing, we can now offer long-range data set arrays (historic from 1972, with forecasting field structures until 2036). By adopting these data set structures users can avoid any problems encountered when concatenating several data set time series.
